All content, course materials, and resources provided by Inflamjhka remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without permission.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully, refrain from disruptive behavior, and uphold community guidelines.

7. Payment Terms

Fees must be paid according to invoiced schedules. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

8. Cancellations and Deferrals

Requests for cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing. Eligibility is determined by enrollment agreements.

9. Program Modifications

Inflamjhka may update course content, schedules, or instructors to ensure quality. Significant changes will be communicated promptly.

10. Third-Party Tools

Certain services may integrate third-party platforms. Use of such tools is subject to the providers’ terms.

11. Confidentiality

Participants must protect confidential information shared during programs, including client cases and proprietary strategies.

12. Disclaimers

Inflamjhka provides educational services “as is” and does not guarantee specific performance outcomes. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant error-free content.

13. Limitation of Liability

Inflamjhka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Portuguese courts.
